MEDsan MEDsan Multiplex (SC2 & Flu A/B) Rapid Test

The MEDsan Multiplex (SC2 & Flu A/B) Rapid Test is a 3-in-1 rapid test for the qualitative detection of specific influenza A/B and SARS-CoV-2 antigens. The parallel evaluation of the combination test enables rapid and uncomplicated differentiation, especially in symptomatic patients, as well as effective isolation of the presence of COVID-19 or influenza disease. 

Billing as a service provider: Billing: The health insurance benefit for the performance of rapid antigen tests includes, with the entry into force of the 5. Ordinance amending the Coronavirus Test Ordinance on December 1, 2022, includes material costs of a maximum of € 2 and treatment costs of a maximum of € 6 per test. If a person does not meet the requirements for a rapid antigen test (non-event-related tests), they must bear the costs themselves. Testing with a co-payment of €3 is not applicable.
