SMI-Spon haemostatic gelatine sponge by SMI
The SMI-Spon haemostatic gelatine sponge provides effective haemostasis during surgical procedures. Its high absorbency, fast efficacy and good biocompatibility make it extremely reliable. The sponge, which is made of biodegradable gelatine, can be individually cut to size and absorbs large quantities of blood. Each sponge is packed individually and sterile and can be used either wet or dry. The sponges are available in different sizes and shapes depending on your needs.
