Polyester Green Suture Material by SMI
The non-absorbable Polyester Green suture material from SMI is a coated multifilament made of polyester fibers. The material is particularly resistant to repeated bending. It is especially suitable for use in cardiac surgery, for example in heart valve prostheses. The suture material causes only minor tissue reactions and knots hold securely. The ready-to-use needle-thread combination is available in various needle and thread strengths.
